Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver is out!

Yep,on March 14,the long awaited remakes of the best pokemon games ever(opinion of 90% of the gaming community in general) have been released!
Game includes a Tamagotchi-like device called PokeWalker,where you can transfer one pokemon and literally train your pokemon while you're walking around with it(it works like a glorified pedometer).You can get some special pokemon and items from this Pokewalker thing as well,so it's a nice plus

If you have a DS,you should play this game asap(should i say YOU MUST?) as it's an excellent game overall with a lot of additional stuff and lots of places and pokemon to get

I'm planning on getting Soul Silver (Silver was my first PKMN game ). Can't wait to play it, I'm hearing good things about it.

I downloaded the HeartGold and SoulSilver version for my DS emulator, They remind of the Gold version that I had back on GameBoy Color,....yeah good times. I like ho they redid the schematics of the game and I liked how they kept the storyline the same. They prob added some new stuff to it other than the obvious, looks, battles, pokemon skills, etc. Im in Golden Rod City right now and man is it hard to catch an Abra....They always run, I try to put em to sleep but my Bellsprout and my Hoppip are too slow to make the 1st move....but its only a matter of time beofe i catch an ABra muahahahahaha but  yeah HeartGold and SoulSilver are great.

i honestly wish i had the money available to buy the game,but as i'm not in a position where i can shell out 50 dollars on a great game i have to handle it with my R4

I got it tuesday and I just beat Clair and got Ho-Oh.  So far, I think it is the best pokemon game so far and its a must get.

Will probably be getting a copy of SS soon. Much more looking forward to the game due out late this year. 4 years in the making with a whole new set of Poke. =P

Just go to the game corner, its only worth 200 pts.  Thats what I did and know I have a very strong Alakazam.

it's not that important how to get an abra...the deal is randomly getting a shiny pokemon
Minutes ago,while searching for a decent male Chinchou,i found a beautiful SHINY TENTACOOL!!!  
I'm super happy,as it's my second decent shiny ever!(first one was a shiny Golbat)

Ughh... I've been playing Pokemon since it first came out on the old Gameboy, and I've never come across a Shiny pokemon... until yesterday. As my luck would have it, it was a friggen Abra! He broke out of the Fast Ball I threw, flipped me off, and teleported away.  

Really enjoying the game though.

I've only ever caught one shiny poke, was a Ponyta. My bro has caught like 4, he's really lucky with that sort of stuff. That was then though, now I've got boxes and boxes of shinies. XD Most legendary shinies also, all legit.

I wouldn't mind giving out one or two. Need room in my PC. XD

URN: Damn, that sucks. I've always wondered what I'd do if a shiny Abra came out for me. >.< 'Cause I know he'd teleport right off the bat.

I picked up Silver on Tuesday, because I wanted to get that Pokewalker thing. I payed $40.00 for the game with the walker at Target. I haven't had the time to play it yet, though

Nice! My first shiny was a tentacool in the original Silver, It was white and green. I believe I was looking for a chinchou too at the time .

Every pokemon can be used in the game...you can either trade them to this game and some of them are even obtainable in later areas.Moreover,there are moves that certain pokemon can only learn in this game(for example,the move Brave Bird on Murkrow)

Yea, feel free. A good amount of level 100s, some 60-90 also. Most final evolutions of starters, Dragonites, Salamances, and other stuff. Will probably give away shinies also later, not sure. >.<
