Well, before my computer got messed up, I was working on Robert Garcia as well.

Robert has always been awesome to me. He is Ryo's Rival, and He is also his equal...

But will he ever beat Ryo?............

I liked this version of Robert always, so i decided
to make a patch for jin's nbc robert

MAKE SURE U GET THE UPDATE. IT IS NEEDED TO FIX A HYPER MOVE OF ROBERT'S
SO DONT SAY I DIDNT TELL U< OR THAT INEED TO FIX IT CUS I JUST HAVE. MAKE SURE U READ CAREFULLY

note : I have decided to release my patches at my own site... Nuff said....

Check cmd for new moves!!!

This char has a whole lot of work put into it
Velocities should be in order, as well as pause times
And remember, these are not just regular patches
all of my patches will always include new moves &
more!!!!

Robert also has power charge now which can be
done by holding z+b

Robert also has mvc like abilities and some of the sprites,
he has superjump, a hyper portrait,ground and air chaining
and also able to go from a normal punch or kick to a special
or a hyper.I added new sound effects to his snd.
I also changed up his original hyper moves and
specials and made them seem more dramatic and to
make them into more what i like so if you want
more info on them please see the cmd file, plus

i added dodge in him as well press z, foward z or
back z to use

Not meant to be accurate to anything, its however i want it to be!!

able to go toe to toe and blow for blow with your

this i not the same at all, he is totally different....

that version u have is not mvc, It only gave u "mvc" like abilities, and it's outdated as well as the others like them

Ok R@CE... I really don't know what to say about this other than the fact that it's too awesome for words! This is one SERIOUS update! I loved the last one you did of him!! However....... There is a problem that needs fixing...

The hyper move: (D, DB, B, X+Y) After kicking the crap out of the opponent, the very last hit knocks them up, and out of the screen... In other words, they don't come back down... So far, it's the only thing I've noticed, but it needs fixing. Other than that, excellent job!!

Race I love the patch, but will you be adding a hard kick for the air and crouch? I end up having combos ended because of that.
Anyways thanks, and great job!

Edit: Also his kick hyper sometimes causes the enemy to float away

I am testing him out, and everything seems fine, i am doin this move on of people andd nuthin happens. tell me when this happens does, it happen in arcade modde or what, so i fix it. Cus right now, i cant find it
