MVCR Cyclops Pre-Final Version Released

After a very long break i finally decided to update my Cyclops in the honor of Elecbyte's return with a new version of Mugen that's actually work on my PC. :P

Well enough chat here's the run down of things...

 UPDATES 10/3/2009
-----------------------

- Deleted his secondary standing and jumping punches and kicks because its not in MVC2
- Added FX Sprites to match that of my Terry and Ken
- Deleted old Palettes and made new ones
- Fixed Forward Dash (No need to hold Forward to keep running)
- Cleaned up Definition file
- Deleted unnecessary Sprites,Sounds and Moves
- Tweaked all animations
- Toned down speed and damage
- Deleted old Collisions and made new ones
- Tweaked and cleaned up coding
- Added TVC Glass Shatter BG
- Tweaked all Commands

 TO DO LIST
------------

- Add AI
- Fix Super Optic Blast
- Fix whatever bugs that may arise
- Update SND file

I have a question. I heard there is compatibility issues with new mugen.

So is this latest release designed to work with new mugen & won't work on old mugen?

Nope its designed to work in the old version because the new one isnt stable yet.

hey reza big fan of your cyclopes havent used him yet are you still gonna have cable jump out and do his viper cannon hyper with cyclopes mega optic blast if not...maybe u should keep it and in stead of cable jumpimg out, i guess have him teleport on screen (maybe  use teleport intro sprites) .thanks alot keep up the good work your cyclopes is my number 1 mugen character...uggghh i sound like a fanboy. o.O#

Nice work, and bounce Cable much better, yo, fix the rushing slam, it throws opponent in a wrong wayy

Tried out this Cyclops a couple of days ago and it was an improvement. Nice update, Reza. :thumbsup:

Thanks glad to hear it. Cable? Um... nope sorry i deleted it to make my characters less cheap and over powered. Hm its good to have fans. :)

Actually that was intended, i just did that to give the beam an impact effect.

Thanks. Well i was kinda hoping on that. All i need to do really is just fix bugs, rip new sounds and added Super Optic Blast.
