I didnt say anything untill know cuz i thought itwasnt shaded good, it looks flat, but thats because you saved it as a jpg and not a .gif or png

Do you have a working file that isnt in jpg format that you could resave as a gif?

union Jack's upper body doesn't look right. His left side looks like it is way too big. Did you mix bases? Maybe it's just because of where the gun is positioned

Done the union jack a while ago, I think it was a captain america base, think it looks weird cos of the way i positioned the flag under his arm and yea maybe the gun too..

The plan is to keep spriting till I find something I can edit relativley quickly, then I'll probably do a whole sprite sheet of what or whoever is easiest. Then (I expect) talk to someone who can code
