Started workin on him b4 rugal actually, hes around 40% ready, will post final movelist in the next few days, will try to get most of his moves like with rugal

Same system as rugal tough im thinking of removing ex-to-super cancelling, even with the heavy dmg dampening u get for cancelling from an ex move it feels like too much sometimes, will have to sleep on it

I second that , terru has always been one of my favorite SNK characters . I'm glad you are making him . He looks like he will be well done .

I never got to play any of the SNK fighting games growing up, all anybody had was the capcom ones..
He looks really cool though, and those moves give me ideas. Cant wate to check him out

been setting damage for him, basic attacks are cvs but with specials and supers i had to go cutsom, cvs are just weird, rising tackle deals more dmg than buster wolf , bw dmg is crap and fully connected power geyser is pretty low too so i decrased rising tackle to a bit higher than a shoryuuken cause its very sort range and hard to connect but i used his dp motion to activate it from kof 97 was it?? so its much easier to execute

buster wolf was incrased quite a bit, same for lvl2 power geyser (3 geysers) cause its not as ez to connect all of them, lvl1 is pretty much the same as cvs tough, seems fair

for lvl2 buster wolf ill use his svc exceed move, pretty much a buster wolf with a small combo in the middle, will make try to make it smoother than svc tough

as for non-cvs moves im adding power stream, power charge and high angle geyser so far

as for "maybes" theres power drive, power shoot, rising force and his dash low kick which name i cant remember heh

oh and crack shoot is an overhead like garou

Also im givin terry one last super, Rising beat (pretty much a deadly rave), will be a lvl2 super but finisher move (a golden buster wolf) will require another super bar makin it a lvl3 super pretty much

Power charge will be a dashing knockdown cancellable into pretty much anything and ex version will be multi hit motw stlye, will require command input tough so its stopable at any point, power dunk is breakable.. umm oh and added combination blow (hold fwd+hp when close hp makes contact for a second cancellable hit) and his dashing overhead kick. phew that sit for now
