If he's so much better, then how come Ben is dead and Peter isnt?
Because Peter Parker did not help him and when he retired he let Ben do all the work and at the end Parker didnt help him. But I like Scarlet better than Parker.

well if not for Ben the Daily Bugle wouldve been destroyed with Peter and Norman on top of it and Peter wouldve taken Green Goblins glider in the back if Ben had not gotten in the way so if you take away what Ben did peter would have surely been killed instead. Also there was an issue a "What if" titled "What if Scarlet Spider killed Spiderman" Now that was a read. Ben still rules and peter blows goats.

What do you think of this new crouch? (compared with stance--> dont mind the eyes)

Compared with old crouch

Problem is hes not really getting any shorter when he crouches, but that's because his stance isnt that tall in the first place.

The new crouch looks more like the start of a jump frame.

Dosnt really work well if he's not getting smaller when he crouches..

I HAVE TO DISAGREE WITH YOU FOR ONCE, MEW! I actually prefer the new one because the old one looked too much like he was acting like an ANIMAL!

I like the new crouch , maybe change the stance now so he stands a little taller .

Couldn't spidey duck under a lot of projectiles ?

With a taller crouch I guess he won't be able to . That's good in my opinion . Now this spider won't be able to avoid my fireball frenzy  >:D >:D >:D

i think you are RIGHT!! A tall crouch doesn't make a worthy projectile dodger!

Now that I look at it, his new crouch is not that much taller.  The old crouch has his hand over his head, which makes it possible to be hit by projectiles anyway.  I guess i will have to test it out myself.

Edit:

New Standing Light punch? (hes using his elbow...and i know it looks like hes doing some taichi or dbz move lol)

First, of all big fan of your project. Love the light punch. Not to crazy about the crouch becuase it does seem taller or just the same size as the stance.

Thank you.  I am a very very big fan of you too and your wip is awesome.

Anyway, if you look at the two crouches and takes the second one's arm into mind, its not really that much taller.  Also, the new crouch seems to flow into his moves better too for some reason, as if it should have been his crouch all along.

So far, I plan on keeping the new one but i still have to test it to see if he can dodge projectiles from most characters.

what if you let him bend at the elbows and get lower in your new crouch stance?

Just thought i'd share this from the comics, maybe it can be used as a move idea?

Maximum Scarlet Spider (from what it looks like and from scarlet spider is saying in the comic it sounds pretty similar to the marvel vs series move:

I know this is quite a bump here, but for the crouch, I suggest keeping it, but modifying it slightly so as it looks like he's leaning outta the way. Kinda like how chars lean in CvS2 to dodge things? Just my suggestion is all.

Thats actually a pretty good idea.  I can just change the sprpriority.  Im only gonna do that though if I cant make him any shorter.

THe funny thing is.  That crouch seems like it was meant for him all along.
