Dude, I think that is the greatest thing you made.

Actually, I had a move similar to that in mind. Instead spidy would be in the air and he web the opponent to propel himself so he could stomp on their face. I got the idea from this new spiderman video game thats coming out.

I need ideas for voices. I was thinking of using spiderman tas, but 99% of the time, theres music playing in the background. I was also thinking of using spiderman and his amazing friends.

I prefer TAS, you might be able to find something or someone who can clean up the audo to reduce the background music, If you dont like that theres always the mvc sounds... But Amazing Friends, i didnt really dig that voice.

Is there really a program that could separate the two sounds? (Music and voice)

I just tryed the voice removal from audacity. Its not bad. The only thing is that it sounds like peter is talking and r2d2 from star wars is mimicking him in the background.

also, you could add this to the end of his crawler assault hyper instead of that kick that knocks the oppoenent across the screen.

if there isn't enough airtime for the opponent, you could have him shoot a ball of impact web vertically that makes a web that the oppoenent gets stuck in while spidey does the wall jump. I've got it all the sprited already if you're interested.

thanks. I pretty much just downloaded spiderman's MVC2 sprites from the main site, then took a bunch of them into photoshop, did a little frankenspriting, then put a gif together in imageready.

lasher, you want me to polish any of these moves up and send you better sprites? like the sling kick thing or whatnot?

as far as the voice goes, you can always use spiderma's voice from a game other than MVC, like marvel ultimate alliance, x men mutant academy 2, marvel nemesis, or even the old spiderman and spiderman 2: enter electro. I know there was a guy on the scruffydragon boards that ripped all of the voices from MUA a while ago, maybe he can help you out.

Yeah, sure patch up the moves more. Also I doubted those are all the same voice actors. =[ And about the scruffy dragon boards, I did ask the guy, the the thread seems to be dead.

well no, the voices are radically different. I meant more that you could pick one of those games and use the voices. you ahve a lot of games to choose from.

I say use the Ultimate Alliance sound rips of Spider-Man. A lot of witty banter there.. And he sounds close enough to match the MvC Spidey voice.

Yeah, Ill let you give it a go. But only if you sound somewhat like the mvc spiderman or peter parker from spiderman tas. And only if you can give me good quality clips.
