I need help deciding which is better to get Photoshop or Paint shop pro.

THEY BOTH SUCK!!!!! Use Adobe Flash. (......yeah......I'm not really the picture editing type......'cause I don't really make Mugen characters).

if ur into making art. do paintshop

if ur into editing photos n such. and for sfx. do photoshop

just go with what ever you more familiar with ive only ever used photoshop......i think it has a easy learning curve and if you dont have a up to date comp use photoshop cs2 its just as good
