I didnt understand your question ... If you want to add life to the char you code a lifeadd...for more information check the docs that came with mugen check the sctrl

yea if u want to make them heal use something like this

type         = LifeAdd
trigger1      = ((GameTime%15) = 0) && (Life > (Const(Data.Life)/64))
value         = 2
