tag patch a.i. problem

ive been using the tag patcher and i noticed something when i was playing against super-man i downloaded an A.I patch for him witch was really good but when i put the tag patch on him he no longer had his good A.I. i tried playing around the the command scrips but i cant figure out which things to change or if im even on the right track can anyone help.
