He has released her here at least 2 or three times...The updates are more like bug and balance fixes,just compare the original with this new one for more details(or check the new one´s README if included

The only bug I can report was that when Lynn uses her Fire kick going up then back down on the opponent, that character either floats in the air or gets stuck in the middle of her move.
