Actually, it might be fairly easy to make your own. What you could do is (if you want an overall fog effect) is create a sprite layer (say with white color) and have it set as trans= 1.

Other than that I'm not sure (and also I'm guessing based off of characters, since I know nothing about creating stages, sorry :-[)
