Gato-Xi by Tan... where to put the answers?

Hi everyone, recently Tan released Gato_xi at mugenchina (there's a thread on Releases section)

to get the char I think we have to answer some questions because the char's pass protected...

the problem is I don't find any place to put those answers, I can't understand very well because the site is in Chinese

and even with a translation tool I can't see the download links

Instead of the download links I have this:  Sorry! You do not have landing, please login Forum.

I am logged and replyed to the thread so I can´t understand what's happening.

I know the answers but I can´t do nothing with them... anyone can guide trough this?

even is you have the answers you need to have certain post count and points to be able to see the dl link
