I'm having a hard time here.What's going on?

Everytime I try and send someone a personal message or sometimes whenever I'd try and post something or If I turn to a certain page in some sections here I sometimes get that only members can access this section them I'd have to login AGAIN and it's getting annoying and not to mention sometimes it says sorry guest your are banned in red letters and it would say something about Ricezilla and his flaming.Sometimes when I click on something it takes me back to the beginning of this site.I even Emailed one of the admins but I got no response.So can anyone help me out here?

when you log in, try selecting the "always stay logged in" option. Then remember to log out when you leave.

i would recommend you to use firefox.

Really? I thought I was the only one.Anyway I'm using Firefox now.So far it's not doing it and on Internet Explorer it happens less as well.It happens on AOL though.
