ok you know how some characters have when the opponent hits him whil guarding and it takes a little bit of healt how do I do that?

That's handled in your character's hitdef in the .cns. Basically, it would look something like this:

damage= 25, 5

See the 5 after the comma? That's the ammount of damage the move causes when a character guards. Many characters have this as 0 or it's ommited altoghether.
