Dattebayo has no actual meaning. "Believe It!" was only present in the dub because it fit the mouth flaps during the dubbing. The suffix "-ttebayo" is not well known and can't be translated that well. When you say it, it's basically a signifier to others that you're uncultured or trying to act tougher than you really are. So, I don't really think you should end your posts like that cause it would make you look really childish.
