Doomsday updated !!

What was done:

-added dust on stomp move + new sound
-changing walk sound
-AI method fixed, both cmd files are for winmugen. the only difference between them is the regenerate code present in "doomsdayAI.cmd", to make the char harder to beat.
-some useless stuff deleted in sff file & sound file (& I'm not sure I have deleted all ).
