Is there a way to make older stages like mugen 1.0,winmugen etc. have the zoom feature like the mugen 1.1 stages do or no? and if so then how?

Thanks Electro you truly helped with that video..but i have one question do you have a video on how to make a stage background bigger? or fill up the back of the stage more? (cover it up more) cause i been trying to convert both shao kahn arenas to zoom but when i do the sky in the back ground just never adapts to the zoom even when i use zoomdelta=.1 or .0 it still don't help.
