Hey i was just wondering about him. Is he a completed mugen character? Cause ive noticed that the one i have when he gets launched up into the air by an upper cut that he seems to flicker like as if some of his sprites were missing now do i have an outdated one or does everyone who has Hien do the same thing?

K3nshin left mugen, but I would assume he left Hien at like 98%.

Yeah...Hien is pretty complete to say the least...there are some very few things to be fixed on it,but nothing really important...I even beat Reza`s Cyclops with him in a video! :w00t:
