Problems with AI

I once had Saber by Juke Kisaragi, the guest character from Nitro Royale based on Fate/Zero (NOT Stay Night, mind you). The problem was that her AI was just broken, never giving me a break (I can even defeat Juke's KOFXI characters).
When I got my new PC, I could save some stuff, but not said Saber (or any other Nitro Royale character I had).
So, before I redownload Juke's Saber, how can I make the AI less broken (I don't want the AI to be stupidly easy, but just something similar to the AI of PotS character or Juke's KOFXI characters)?

AI is really really subjective. In terms of fixing something that is apparently unbeatable as you claim for this character, short of recoding the AI, all you can do is alter the random values and hope for the best.

It will get easier if you drop the randoms below 100. Anything above that the move is more of a certainty. Random < 500 is logically going to happen once every 2 ticks. Random < 100 is logically going to happen once every 10 ticks which is a much wider margin. I generally use sub 80 if i plan to code AI.

Hey, thanks.
Gonna check, if the AI of Juke's NR characters really use random triggers.
However, if they don't, then I also have found just recently another possible solution:
Copying PotS AI or the AI of Juke's KOFXI characters and then altering it for my needs.
Also, I would like it, if you could help me with my other problem...
