In a bit of humor it's worth noting I started on this Roa in August, the 19th. Today is april the 19th
(I'm sorry). So 8 months later here we are, a completed experiment that was so close to being canceled every other month that I began to wonder if I'd ever finish it. I needed to make a new way of approaching the neutral game and luckily through the TMNT chars I was able to do just that. You'll see why that's important in a matter of seconds.
Roa is without a doubt the most complex thing I've come up with because of how I had to redo his moveset and balance it constantly. There's so many ways to play him that I've included a mini tutorial to using his moves in his folder for those who want to bother. I can say so many things about him but actions are always louder so I'll let him introduce himself.
As for Alcott and Falcon, they've received several tweaks and new fx so that they are on the same standard as Roa. The biggest most important thing is the new mechanic that's essentially a guardcancel. It will help both alcott and falcon because they normally don't have much in the defensive department if at all.
