I never watched Dragon Ball Z, so I'm unfamiliar with the franchise, but this game looks really good.
The graphics look great and the gameplay looks really cool. Very anime action like.
Quite an impressive looking game.

My only question is why Zangya? Like, why her instead of ginyu or Android 13 or someone. Is it cause she's a girl and without her the game would pretty much just have chi-chi and android 18?

Hell, Even bulma there makes more sense, even though she can't even fight. Then again, that rostor there doesn't look final because kid buu is being made but he's not on the select screen, so who knows.

Balthezar is doing a really great job with these sprites. I wish I could could freehand like that.

HAHA man I sometimes forget that mugen still isn't a big thing. If you want a quick laugh got back to the video(which has over 500k view in 5 day) and read some of the back and forth comments about this, people are literally arguing if this game is based on the mugen engine!!!!!!

I feel so bad for the people who are waiting and begging for this game to be released knowing that it won't happen although Balthazar said they never expected the number downloads for the demo and people said they are more than willing to kickstar the game(is that even legal?) if they put it up so who knows, maybe in the distant future(if they all get rich and have nothing but free time) the game may happen

yeah that sh*t right there is hilarious. I guess because we have been into mugen for so long. It is pretty sad and funny at the same to see folks really hyped up about it and then it just doesnt happen....

Only thing cool that can happen is if a real game company contacts Balthazar and a few others on the project with lil job offers. this same kind of thing happened with some Skyrim modders i think it was last year which was pretty damn cool to read about....

But as for kick star options thats a good question if its legal or not....honestly i dont feel thats possible to pull off. those are licensed and owned characters already. best thing that can happen is Funimation or eh dunno Namco Bandai? (i think it is) tries to recruit them and pay them for their talents ....Well Balthazar really^^

but then again wasnt that NES mini mega man street fighter game in this same boat sorta? ended up doing well too
