How do i decrease or increase the number of power bars a character is allowed to have? cause i have some that have 10 or 9 power bars levels and i was just wondering.

How do i decrease or increase the number of power bars a character is allowed to have? cause i have some that have 10 or 9 power bars levels and i was just wondering.

Open up the main CNS, usually named after the char ("samus.cns") and look for the line power whatever you want to change the number to, make sure its in the thousands.
