Sheng long SF3 STYLE W.I.P.

What up everyone!

I currently working a S.F.3 Sheng Long character.
Im looking 4 anyone who would like to help me out here.
Im a very new at this mugen creator thing. But I believe I have what it takes.

4 my Project at the moment:
I need more S.F.3 Ryu sprites and I need to know where to get them or who to ask for them.
I haven't learn how to make a char's pallet, advice please!
So if anyone know anything that would be a major great help!

well i dont no anything bout creating characters but there is a tutorial in the mugen tutorial section for everything u want try there i guess

I have give only one person the permision and he stoped his work.
It exsist to many "SF3 Sheng Long" without my permison this is absolute
