Hi hey hello
nice to see the Mugen community so alive
So, I recently got into Saltybets and it was nice to see mugen being used in such an interesting way. Unfortunately, however, some of the most powerful characters seem kind of stupid, so I got inspired and decided to make something that would be more fun to watch, and worthy of his power. I ended up making a special character based on Dan Hibiki. He basically was found by a mad scientist and given the ability to harness the power cosmic, making him Cosmic Omega Dan. Here is a gif with a portion of the animations I have done, but I believe I have finished everything necessary to make a character pack. I didn't do a portrait, though, because they are never on salty, and I figured that sounds and hit fx could be taken from other packs if I haven't made them. I wouldn't mind doing the portrait if the coder I find wants to make it a proper character, though.
So yeah, I am a spriter, and I am looking for a coder. I guess just let me know if you are interested on here or by email
