Oh, we have Bolinho de Chuva in Romania, too. Anyway, this is pure torture, O. You have no idea how much I endure looking at these pictures.

We often to this but do not roll it up, just leave it on the plate and eat it with a spoon

OMFG! those Bolinho de Chuvas remind me so much of my childhood with my grandmom ( nana) and granpa who would make something similar in looks  called Rosquillas ! like a spanish donut basically. those things were so dang good! if she was still capable of making them ( she has been  severly sick for a very long time ) i would go tell her ( beg rather ) to make me some! my daughter actually wants to learn to make them as well.
 i got to certain part of philly every year in sumnmer during the spanish festival we have and grab pinchos and Alcapurrias.

Ok now i am hungry!

Indeed, is a great list. But missing:
- Paçoca;
- Pé de moleque;
- Bicho de pé;
- Bolo de Rolo;
- Bolinha de queijo;
- Picanha/ Brazilian Barbecue;
- Doce de leite com queijo;
- Tapioca;
- Cocada;
- Raspadinha;
- Pizza Doce (No. They don’t have that in Italy.)
 
And also drinks:
 
- Caipirinha/Saquerinha (or Saquerita. Even if its not a tradition, I believe its a Brazilian creation. Haven’t see it in any other country)
- Guaraná
- Groselha
