I want to create a Helen Flanagan MUGEN char....

....but I don't know how to.

I only have one useable picture for a sprite of Helen Flanagan in a bikini for her standing pose but I don't know how to create a proper MUGEN character that can fight. I can create punchbag ones because that's easy,but not fight ones.

Basically,I want to do one where she can fight,scream and run away. 

Any help/suggestions?
