This isn't Marvel.. They can't just bring back someone from the dead. Even if it's cybernetic implants or something to bring him back even more robotic.. It would just ruin everything. Why not bring back Boba Fett, because fans always hated the cheap way he was killed in the series. Either way, Vader should stay dead, since he even had his own change of heart at his death, so he couldn't be evil if he does.

The difference is that Lucas sold StarWars because he doesn't want to make movies anymore.
