time for little bit of havok

thanks for the release feedback and practically outlined the issues i needed to focus on,
without all this feedback none of the issues would have been fixed, a lot of thanks to the creators from other communities who go out of the way to show support for new characters, your feeback has been invulnerable, cheers and enjoy this update of havok

while testing i haven't seen any issues.. yet, i wonder if there is something i'm missing constantly, i had issues with avalanche cloning, not sure whats doing there

You know Heavy Blast (anim 1020) is different sprites for this special movement are missing i remember from video clip how i watching many times that he uses his left arm for movement.

nope no healing power, he should be taking the opponents power away with his proximity

well i thought since rogue has a new stage
(px sentinels attack) he can use her old one (which i thought was code red) but im most probably mistaken

listen guys i have been making characters for a couple of years now, (and don't worry i will get the betas updated) but im no good regarding promotion of the wips, (hence why its easier to just upload the whole thing) i just learnt how to make a .gif yesterday (jeez talk about caveman)
and i want to make a video, (again clueless ova here) can you guys pm the details of programs and whatever guides to make videos with mugen?

I mean when he's not using that hyper when he's just fighting, he's slowly healing
