read this the other day. and have to say that when I got to that part, my jaw literally dropped. i was sold on the story. immediatley became invested in it. and was just speechless by it. it's a real bold move.

Okay, rented the game and my opinion changed slightly. Mainly for two reasons: Story mode is pretty good and Hawkgirl is cool as heck.

I'm still not going to scream to the heavens that everyone should buy this game. It's clearly got some MAJOR flaws, but for a bored weekend couch game with friends, it's alright. I'll probably pick it up when the price drops or maybe wait for a "Komplete Edition" like they did with MK9, but I've warmed up to it a bit... Oh, and heads up to anyone going to get it: Changing the control configuration is a must.
