How to increase character volume?

Besides turning the character volume to 255 in the CNS, is there any other way to increase the sound of a character?

There are a few ways,

1) Using Fighter Factory, extract the sounds from the SND file, increae their volume in a sound editing program then important them back into the SND file

2) Each sound in the code can also have it's volume changed individually

3) all of the sound FX can be changed together in the mugen game options.

I think that's about all of your options.
