whatever the case, keep learning and creating infinite. its good you are learning to fix the bugs here and there that folks may point out at times. Of course that only preps you to catch any issues during the creations of your future projects.

i was going to say more but its pointless here for particular reasons. Just Keep the creativity going and thats all ill say on that young bro 8) Btw That infinite robert is a pretty wild @ss battle versus my terry edit. win for win

Lls... My bad for my part in it, I guess. I didn't mean to hurt or insult anyone, that's just how we talk. I need to keep in mind that in text my words could come off as a little rude... I would like to publically apologize to the women and children on this forum.

Accompany your criticism with feedback besides "it's awful" comments next time.
Give them suggestions, show them what and how it should be fixed.

Simple really, remove all the unnecessary super effects.
Don't insult MvC3 style and then use an equally poor MvC style on your characters.
Do they need so many super moves?.
An average SF style character for example only has a maximum of 3 of them.

These patches are customized which means they don't necessarily need to be and work EXACTLY Like MVC 3 or MvC.
But that post is acceptable so continue on.

Hold up, but didn't you say earlier in the thread that you liked the characters?

I like them, their like 'Shin' versions of existing characters.

The creator of them admits their edits of existing characters. Whether what I say is construed as criticism or not. I'll still be keeping these characters.

I'm confused.... :-?? So I guess they can't be that bad if you already said you liked them right?

Guys like you are hilarious to me. Hypocrite... Last time I checked, it said Infinite style. Not MVC, and definitely NOT MVC3...! Pots, J.Morph, Buckus, and RajaaBoy all use CVS mechanics, but they're NOT CVS. Infinites characters have some MVC mechanics, like chain combos, and super jump, but they are definitely done in his own style! No one's insulting MVC3, it already insults the entire franchise on it's own! And what's wrong with having lot's of hypers? 10 or 11 ain't bad in my eye's! It gives the player a huge variety of ways to punish his/her opponent! We don't care about how many supers SF has on average! This is IFF!!  XD||

I take it back what I said previously. It was mainly based on watching them fight in watch mode.

Upon playing them and realising they use the MvC supermove style I realise how silly they are.

And 11 hyper or super moves is stupid, truly stupid.

Oh ok... so you mean to tell me that you've been watching the characters fight in watch mode since December cus you've been saying you like the characters more than one time.

Like so.....

No need to be so volatile. Check Maki and Joe to see what I'm talking about. Apart from that they are good characters.

I like them, their like 'Shin' versions of existing characters.

The creator of them admits their edits of existing characters. Whether what I say is construed as criticism or not. I'll still be keeping these characters.

I have all the Infinite style edits of these characters that have been relesaed and I have few enquiries regarding them.

1. Kudos on editing Rajaa's characters. He is a nob and deserves his characters breaking. Why make them cheaper than they already are though?

2. Isn't Bad-Darkness' Andy closed-source?

3. It would make more sense to rename character folders because Iam gradually doing them myself. Call themInfinite-Andy, Infinite-Terry and so on. Get me?

Other than that, good work.

It seems like you've doing way more than just watching his characters fight in watch mode and them some too... Not to mention from the looks of it you've been doing this since December and out of nowhere you switch it up and call his works stupid?

Like that doesn't even make any sense at all.....

They are free to do wathever they want, there is no rule which says they need to be accurated. Don't be a accurated bee-otch, people don't like this behaviour here. If they want to add 505 super moves, let it be. You have the right to say that you dont agree, but you don't need to be so harsh.

Make the criticism. If the author ignores it, ignore the char. Is what I do. And it works.
Some people ( I am not targeting anyone here) are beyond rendemption. Even if you show the error, they won't fix it.

But, I have to agree with you in some point, becase I faced this myself: Patches are treated like a God status.
You can't make a criticism...because someone will jump at your neck in no time.

And try to say that you don't like patches...they will jump in your neck too :)

Just my two cents.

I never jumped down any ones throat for them having an opinion, but, I can't be held responsible if some people actually like what I do, and they get defensive. I just don't like how people want to complain to me about them not liking something of mine or them complaining about the people who actually like what I do. If somebody wants to give me feedback, I will take it, and if it is a bug or seems reasonable to me, I will do my best fix/update it immediately. At the end of the day, I really make things how I want them to play, I'm not trying to please anyone else. I think it's cool if you like my stuff, but  if you don't that is cool also. Me personally, I will never go out of my way to tell someone how much I dislike their stuff, even if I do, I just press the delete button. Last but not least, love it or hate it, I am going to keep doing what I do and definitely cutoff the use of me posting things at forums where I get trolled by their own staff members...mmhhhmm-(here).

Just thinking around here... there is a large difference between builded critics and insults ("[...] silly [...]stupid [...]"). But we can't change people... let the trollers and haters be trollers and haters (hidden behind their computers) they are the best in what they do, THE BEST! lol (:|

Saying something is stupid is not constructive feedback. It just makes people angry with your posts.
Also a bunch of people ganing up on one guy is not a constructive way to deal with someone eather.
I wouldnt wan't a bunch of people going after me for giving my opinion. Would you? After the way some of you were acting i can understand why Zantetsuken was starting to get harsh.
You are all handeling it wrong. Dont call eachother names, dont type words that you know are just going to get someone flaming.
If you like it, or dont like it, you can say why.

Now I want this to be the last time I, or anyone else makes a post like this. We can be constructive without being overly harsh or blindly supportive.

I'll be watching.

I seriously don't know, what the problem is. Afterall, you CAN beat them actually.
Also, are you still going to edit Pre-To's Touhou chars? They were unbeatable, and THAT must be fixed. I'm sure, you can do it with your Swag-Fu, you could already make Rajaa's chars beatable (though they were still tough).

Zantetsuken from what dude?

Anyway back to what I am saying.

Yes I have using them in watch mode since December. I only got a new machine in October time and I've been adding quite a few new additions to my roster as well as transferring all my old characters across of which I must have in excess of 2000.

I'm currently fixing a lot of old characters to work in this new Mugen build as well as starting spriting several of my own characters with the aim of creating something in due course so actually playing Mugen doesn't happen very often.

I had a few rounds with some of your edits in versus mode and of course I never check commands first and foremost so I use the commands that they have in their source games of which they didn't work.

I then tried the awful MvC super modes such as

DF 2P
DF 2K

You know what happened?, they started performing supermoves, ridiculous supermoves.

I hate that way of performing moves. In my opinion it is a fighting game mechanic for people who don't know how to play fighting games.

These mechanics don't suit CvS characters or King of Fighters characters.

All I seem to find on this forum is people who release broken characters and people who praise them for it.
Hyping on a subject in a rude fassion after moderator warning on topic. You lay insaults instead of helping. Then you make gross generalizations on how everyone in the fourm acts. It is possable to give feedback thats negitive that also isnt rude. All your doing is goating people into fighting and discouraging people from a hobby.

You're not completely right. For example, I rather prefer source accurate chars over Rajaa's chars.
Maybe Infinity's edits aren't source accurate, but they have still blown my mind away.
Also, they only had got about 5 super moves, so what's your problem?
