1) Switch to Winmugen
2) Make sure you have a screen pack that uses them, such as Elecbyte's default, or IMT's Mugen 1.0 screen packs.

the imt screen pack is the best i've seen for 1.0, but it's to awesome for my pc it makes it lag like crazy. there's no way to go in the files and make them work? because after using the imt screen pack i need that full mugen experience. and something else you might can help me with, the debug keys and round set won't work, and i don't know how this is possible. . .

What SP are you using now?

All of this is in the data folder:

1) Debug keys settings are in the mugen.cfg file
2) Round number settings is in the fight.def file
3) Victory Screen settings are in the system.def file

I'm using the ares screen pack. And acey I know where to find it, my problem is I made changes in the file that won't take effect. And thanks for y'all time.

If the changes didn't take effect then perhaps there is another files with the same name, often screen pack users will create a second set of files for their own screen pack within the default mugen engine.
