How do i set up fighter factory

I need help i don't know what the the constant is for or what it means in ffu.
i need help in both the-

;constant
;common
;states

- i have no idea how to set them up or what they mean when im making my character plus when i run DOS-Mugen it shows an error that says :

Error Message : Can't read file : Zee .Constants
Error Loading chars/ffu_char1.def
Error Loading P1

 :'(  what does this mean    o.O#

plus i downloaded the tor-

I would recommend using WinMUGEN rather than DosMUGEN.

You can get WinMUGEN from here: http://randomselect.piiym-net.com/
(Look to the left of the page, click on Download MUGEN, and click on "Windows MUGEN")
