Say if I want to have insane hiryu fight strider hien in insane hiryu's arcade mode, how do I make it so that strider hien only appears only for insane hiryu at order=3 and no one else. I want it to be like the rival fights in street fighter where a certain rival will be fought when picking a certain character, this doesn't mean I don't want Hien to be fought at all by anyone else in their stories, just not as a "boss" character.
So pretty much I would like to know if there is a way for Hien to be rival that will for sure appear in insane hiryu's story but stay as a random character to be fought by anyone else.
