Need Coder for Crystal Man

Half the sprites are done, only need special moves and hypers, but i want to see him in action!
Can somebody coder him Please for god's sake?

We'll code him for RMM but only after the sprite are done.  Why? Because to many people has asked me to code for them while they are working on a character then end up either never finishing the sprites or even worse change all the sprites anyways.
