air combos launch

using launchers and then doing air combos in mugen is not as effective as the real games, most of the time the characters will stay in the air longer after the launcher for you to do more moves, in mugen they just go right down. how can i do it so when the character is launched and when they get hit, they have a brief moment of staying longer in the air. for example p1 launches p2, the hits and kicks halt the fall of character 2 with every hit, if not hit, they fall with no stopping. watch an mvc2 combo vid and look at the launcher air combos and youll see, its much more difficult in mugen.

Hmm.. Depends on the character your using, more then anything.

Who do you have this problem with?

everyone of the mvc2 characters from infinty mugen, i just wanna make it so when they are hit in the air, the hit will make them stay longer in the air and hault them just a bit from falling. so making the air punch move the character up a bit or stop them from falling for a while.

Give us a specific example of who is P1 and who is P2
