Specific reasons for making a specific MUGEN character?

For my example,  I made and released Golden Axe The Duel Kain Blade because:

- I like him/her/it! (he is the main character of the game!  I love mains and rivals and especially bosses!!!)
- Just for fun (fun to see Kain Blade in my own MUGEN game.....)
- Nobody makes him/her/it so I do him/her/it! (well, someone made one but it required post-1000-times-to-get-the-download-link-and-password)
- To end some kind of affairs (the once post-1000-times-to-get-the-download-link-and-password)

For me, it works on this way:

- First, because I want to do. I do chars for myself first, then I release publically. There are some chars that I've made to me only and never had published.

- Nobody made it yet. I do prefer to contribute with a non converted char (beside my versions are never like the original version) rather than a already made one.

- I like to do different chars, to bring something different rather than mvc/kof/mb/mk and others
