The vehicles

The lock on missile strike weapon

The crazy fighting moves

the f*ckin jet!!!!

and the damn cannon ejection with parachute took the damn cake!

they sh*tted all over GTA 4 with this one man. It looks wild endless fun!!

This game looks too hype to pass up. Looks like you can interact with everything...and provide a beat down to whomever as well. Those weapons are off the hook, can't wait for all the other surprises being cooked up

Really hoping they bring back the martial arts fighting style from SR2, so I can go Bruce Lee on the whole city again.

For those who didn't play, you had 4 fighting styles, Street Fighting (base from your gang), Heavy Hitting (from the Brotherhood), Capoeira (dance style from Sons of Samedi) and Martial Arts (from the Ronin)

Another nice feature would be importing your SR2 clothes and character, and just updating them to the new game's abilities.

No matter what it is setting up to be one top game.

haha if they some how (even though i know thats just more work) hooked the game up where you can also destroy buildings too with the tanks and jets that would really be the extra dagger to GTA 4

Well don't say its impossible it is the same people as Red Faction. THey even included a Red Faction tank in one of the DLCs for SR2.

The gangs will include a group of hackers who use swords and motorcycles, a gang of Mexican luchadores, and a Mafia-like group as well. There will also be an anti-gang group funded by the military called STAG, which will deploy at 3 stars apparently.

Most likely the Hacker characters will have the martial arts style I want.

that sounds pretty damn hot with the swords and motorcycles. pretty crazy right there^^
and didnt know about that Red faction history lesson. pretty interesting. well i already know ill be getting this game
no question. I never played part 2. i had part 1 but had to chuck it because there was a permanent glitch in one of the missions where i couldnt complete the game. But yen im itchin to try out that Jet!

Yeah 2 actually had a lot to do with Red Faction, the main villain in RF 1 and 2 is the Ultor Corporation, who is also the main villain in SR2. Pretty cool how they put 'em together.

My exact expression and thoughts when i saw the jet and ejection cannon! GTA4 is gettin some major crap dropped right on its game for sure with this one. i love the moves you can do on people and the hot new way you can hop in rides remind me of some wild out there idea of dukes of hazrd jumpin the window stuff . like some souped up action flick!

the content right now showing is staggering and surpasses the first 2 installments by a margin of universal space porportions!

but the d@mn JET! awww dudes i will stay in that thing right there all day.

Gat better be fine. Best character in the game better not die or the whole game this will be super vengeance time.

The combat (hand to hand and gun play) both seem a lot better. They used to...suck...a lot. I like the MK levels of blood too.

didnt watch the second video at first. Anyhow the first vid is full of stuff gta done. The second is new but.. all the off the wall ness is what gta gives you to do as free roam......

Honestly this game is what happens when GTA is put on crazy pills. Its like saying MvC is SF. Can't wait, my B-Day is a day after release, I wonder what I'm getting.

Look at a few other trailers. You go into a Tron world, fall out of a jet (twice), become a super brutal masked wrestler and fight a Belgian. Also, Johnny Gat. Gat is a feature on its own. That plus big character creation (I made Homer Simpson in the creator demo) this game is a must.

naaaah not free roam insanity to this level man!

i damn there have all the GTA games and SR is GTA on ecstasy and meth!...some folks i heard from other friends dont even want to get it because its too crazy (which sounds like a retarded reason but whatever) if you look at the starting videos and see what you can do youll see GTA and SR are totally different...too much confusion (insanity that is) going on in this game. Only thing thats the same is the whole "open world sand box"....The fighting moves. Vehicles and weapons (and much more) are nothing at all what youd find in GTA...GTA series is more realistic than fantasy to higher degree...yeh it has its funny moments but SR always pushed the bar in total wildout fun. Im still a GTA fan for life but You can do way more in this game as far as Customizing goes than youd ever do in GTA...
