MUGEN1.0 and WinMUGEN character file limits???

My recently released SF IV Omni has very big file size.  The large file size is from the character's SFF file. Omni's SFF file contains 5994 PCX sprites. The sprite distributions are as follows:
- Omni body sprites number: 4903 (ripped at 1024x768)
- ultra background sprites number: 230 (ripped at 1024x768; a few ones at 1280x1024)
- FX effect/bars sprites number: 861
The SFF file size is 236 MB
And the SND file size is just 26.6 MB

Everybody, including myself, has been experiencing MUGEN1.0 and WinMUGEN slowdown/low framerate/lag when using my SF IV Omni, plus after playing for while, all FXs (Explods) disappear.

I tried to tweak mugen.cfg setting but no success....... >:(

I am wondering whether MUGEN1.0 and WinMUGEN have limits on SFF PCX numbers and sizes..........actually some GGX/AH/FOTNS/BB characters show similar problem but not as bad as my SF IV Omni.

My SF IV Juri Han WIP, has a SFF with 4402 PCXs and size file of 95.1 MB and for now she doesn't make MUGEN lag but later when I get SSF IV PC I will add many more sprites to her SFF so probably the same slowdown/low framerate/lag issue may occur just like Omni in the coming future........... :-\

I really don't want to waste time on making a character that is unplayable in both MUGEN1.0 and WinMUGEN due to the slowdown/low framerate/lag issue.  I think I may just stop converting SF IV characters.........rather spend more time on the traditional 2D character conversions.  Not to mention the SF IV character sprites I ripped have flaws -- shading, resolution, pink edges -- due to the fact that SF IV PC uses some very peculiar lighting and shadow effects.............
