So, I was looking through screenpacks, and I noticed something...

Why does every screenpack Claudio Toxi release (at least, from what I've seen) have the *exact* same character select setup? I mean, it's the same boxes, with the same design, but the only difference is the background. I mean, accuracy isn't what I'm worried about, but this is pretty lazy.

Because they weren't intended to be screenpacks for global mugen, people just keep classifying them as such. Instead they're skins for his game apparently.
