 has anyone else played with goku hd oh my gosh this is how people should make chars and in hi-res mugen he looks amazing.

this character is definitely the most graphically impressive character in mugen, even more than dragonclaw. He doesn't play to bad, either. He's also inspired me to create an all HD mugen.
Also, there's a Vegeta in this style being worked on.

nah i think he just took screenshots from budokai 3 and redrew the sprites. super dbz is different

Were it just good looking, I'd have ignored it.

Having played it, I see that it's not only good looking, but well made. I'd put this on par/a bit over Choujin's Goku.

A wonderful case of Graphics = Gameplay (as opposed to Graphics > Gameplay)

i have to tell everyone this is THE best goku for mugen.

Hes good in all but he needs some some improvement. Some of his specials are limited to how many times you can use them. Not that good of an idea. He needs more melee buttons also. The teleport can be like 2 buttons pressed together or something & he needs to beable to fly for that matter. He is good but I was hoping for some more out of him. Best looking Goku I will say that & he is good if used in the right way. But also, he was too weak so I had to upgrade him a little in fighting factory. I was really hoping to see him fight almost like in Budokai. Would of been ownage, . His teleport attacks need some work too. For transformations it should be like press select & a menu comes down to what form you want. It will take ki bars away too. Oh, Kaioken should be a power up also for that matter. I'd say a select button as well. It takes ki but only drains it down but you can see power up & you are more powerful & faster. Also there should be Super Kaioken. Thats where he used on Pikkon in Super Saiyan Jin. That is the only time he used Kaioken in Super Saiyan Jin.

Note that Ultra Super Saiyan Jin levels are just power ups. Like Super Vegeta or the big butt looking Trunks when he was fighting Cell? That is what Ultra Super Saiyan Jin is. You are a little bit more slower in Ultra Super Saiyan Jin but more powerful in it. Ultra Super Saiyan Jin lvl2 is much more slower but a lot more powerful.

geez it's taking awfully long with the dbgt project.... i know it takes time but at times it seems like the projects over at scruffy dragon are all dead.... the only thing i seen getting updated everyonce inawhile is buyog's Green Lantern.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Couple of months ago i was hearing people complaining about DBZ characters being crappy, and I told them they will eat their words! I guess I was right!

Hell yeah! This goku is awesome!

That goku sprite looks pretty good compared to the other sprites from UB22.

But yeah, HD Goku looks and plays way better than I expected.

The goku hr was drawn by Toskomics. And the reason why this goku and other dbz project works have been on hold,  because of team members quiting the project.

I played with him and I have to say this is the best Goku ive ever used.  Graphics, gameplay, balance all 10/10 in my book.  He cant crouch but its aiight.
