Help making a Char work in 1.0

ok so even on here i requested FF1 Duck king by lewis for atleast a month now and no responce from anyone ,well i got lucky and ran across a copy of him about 30 minutes ago, and ofcourse ,wouldnt you know he wouldnt work in 1.0. needless to say im dissapointed well, im stareing at the Error i got from him as im typeing this and it says....

Error Message: Can't open Act/normal.act  @ @
Error loading chars/ff1_Duck.def
Error loading p2


im not going to lie im semi retarded when it comes to doing anything slightly diffacult when it comes to mugen & fixing things, i can only do the basics...add chars/stages/ lifebars....if its not complicated to do so, so if anyone knows a somewhat simple way to make this work id be forever greatful 
or just a small idea, i could maybe send the Char to someone to see if they could fix him? just a suggestion

Delete everything in red from the def

     F'ck Yeah. man thank you soooo much its a shame it was that simple to make him work and see what i mean how sometimes when it comes to mugen if you dont know how to do something it can make you feel really stupid , anyhow thanx a billion times over
