FINALLY!! i got mk9 and wow im instantly loving it

. All my old homies who i used to battle for hours against way back in the snes and arcade days of MK2 was damn sure right its that oldschool same feel. im doing moves like nothin. haha feels good that most of the same old tactics work. that xray sh*t is hot! i havent done it yet cuz im just playing on the fly but the cpu be catchin me with it, but i dont get mad cuz that sh*t looks spankin in HD on my tv!!

great game. i had to treat myself today since i had a day off from work and went paying all my bills. tues i might get SSF4 AE too

DLC coming out today... it's a pack of mileena, kitana, jade, scorpion, subzero, ermac and reptile in their old costumes (mk1 for ninjas & mk3 for niñas)
later this year (hope so) kenshin & scarlet

How is paying for multiple DLCs unfair? When you buy a CoD/LBP/GH/ModR/MvC3/SSFIV DLC pack you don't get all the others for free...

She was announced with Kenshi and Kintaro, but I don't know if she will be released in a bundle with them.

You never know with the MK Team, very surprising people. But right now an independent release looks likely, would be nicer as a bundle though.

To some it is considered that way. It should be like 600-700 points for classic costumes AND Skarlet... but oh well... if it's not, it's not.. I'm just not paying 800 points for one character. That would be stupid.

well this DLC did come with fatalities I thought it wasn't that bad. though having Skarlett included would've been nice. But then again I feel like this game has really packed

in it especially considering they had to cut some stuff due to time restraints (supposedly

) I really fell sorry for those who paid like $20+ for individual costumes off ebay and amazon. just as long as they don't pull a Capcom and make a Super MK I'm fine with the way they're operating

i was trying out all the fatalities in practice mode. well most of em. pretty wicked sh*t. i was checkin em out before heading to work but then lucky for my my job called me and said i dont have to come in. they are moving to the 4th floor for monday. so that was great. now i can chill home and rock the game a bit more and dont have to be too tired to rock it late after coming home.

ill look into this scarlet chick. f*ck it why not

Big MK news today! Skarlet released next Tuesday, June 21 along with FREE Classic Cyrax and Sektor skins.
Rain has been confirmed as the next DLC after Kenshi and a mysterious 4th new character is in the works as well, all due this summer (see end of video in the link).

Seems each character will come with 2 classic skins free if I'm understanding this correctly.

Thats great news. I cant wait to get the DLC.I'd like to see how rain is going to look and that new character.I'm still wondering how Kenshi's story is going to be, because he didn't learn to use his telekinesis until he freed Ermac of Shao Khan's control.Ermac is still evil in this game which means he never truly learned to use his powers at this point.He was still blind and was good swordsman, but didnt really learn to use that.Well...maybe a little..Idk.

Edit: He looks really young so at least they're basing him around the story.

Kenshi looks awesome! He's one of the few characters from the 3D Kombats I liked.
