My friend out in western Passaic County, NJ said he saw something that looked like a slow moving plane at about 8:45 last night.

Balloons? Rrrrrrright That many hovering for that long sittin that same grouped up pattern? Then lights come on during night fall and STILL hovering in the same pattern?? right Dunno what they were but it is pretty odd. Unless it were special balloon devices with lights connected to em with very long strings connected to em. Thats the only thing i can think of. Because as windy as its been these days in NY those balloons would have blown away seriously. Trust me folks the weather has been a bit ill in NY these days. Either Hella heavy rain or on a clear day hella hella windy so thats why im like   ....Also knowing NY they woulda sent helicopters up to at least sniff out as much as they can. This aint serious at all i just think its some cool gadgets that got made and sent up for whatever reason...just like my recent post..
