I know this section is about promoting website/forums, but must this be about mugen also? Or can it be totally non-mugen at all?

Eh.. we try to stay away from posting to any commercial websites, or professional websites.. unless it's like.. site hosting... because I know a lot of creators need sites put up so they can have something to upload their characters too.. other than that.. non-mugen wise isn't really necessary or recommended.. you can ask Acey or Scar if you want, though...
