WOW what a let down... I think i was expecting to much from this one, although not horrible it did not live up to my expectation's. Oh and if you don't want to here a spoiler turn away now............. ENDS WITH A CLIFFHANGER---> soooo laaaaaaame.

The movie isn't really as bad as the last 2. Although it still has nearly nothing to do with the video game story line. @ lightblackheart you could just dl the movie, basically what happens is this movie takes place waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay after Resident Evil 4, because
1.Most of Earth is covered in sand
and 2. Wesker owns Umbrella.
This movie doesn't have Jill in it like the last one, but it does have Clair Redfield and Wesker. I didn't think the actress really suited Clair, but I thought the guy playing Wesker did an okay job, I mean he had the glasses, and suit, and he sounded similar to Wesker from the game, although he did nothing in the whole movie besides talk and sit in a chair. Although I didn't like it when one of the characters from the game died (but it was going to happen sooner or later seeing how he got intimate with Alice), the guy that was experimenting on Alice apparently had powers too because he got bitten from his experiments many times and abused the anti virus so in the end he becomes Tyrant (WTF) and he can use his claw hand to turn into tentacles and he can talk (WTF) also he kind of reminded me of regenerator from RE4 because he regenerated his wounds so quickly. I personally enjoyed the cliff hanger, that was a perfect PWND moment right there.

Overall again as a action movie it was good, but as a movie using the Resident Evil name it still practically has nothing to do with the series. Here's how the movie series has been going.

Movie 1: Lame
Movie 2: Okay
Movie 3: Good

It's too bad that the RE movies don't have much to do with the actual story but they are rather enjoyable action films. If they make another movie it will probably be even better.

I agree that they made Nemisis a lil too lame, but at least they made him say "STARS".

Well they don't, it's kind of in an alternative universe. Like a what if, Yeah Tyrant is in the movie, kind of, well he looks like Tyrant but I'm guessing from all the times the doctor had gotten bit he got even stronger than the original Tyrant. At least I thought he's the Tyrant because he has the huge claw on one hand and that heart pumping on his chest. If they make another movie, they will probably have a fight between Alice and Wesker.

Is that that dude from the 2nd movie that says "GTA MF"? Well I mean this movie is the 3rd so a lot of people die.
Don't worry. Alicia Keys died in this film so she won't be in a sequel (if they make a sequel).
