Does Neo Geo Battle Coliseum v1.1 truly has Malware?

I have Lavasoft Adware Internet Security as my Anti-Virus program. When I try to run Neo Geo Battle Coliseum v1.1, Ad Watch blocked it saying that it was identified as Trojan.Win32.Packer.eXPressorv1.4.5.1, a Malware. Is this really true?

Those full games from those Chinese sites besides KOFZ always does that. It happened to me when I was trying out KOFW, and I have Avira Anti-Virus.
