Its it's nearly 4:00 in the morning here and I saw this really horrible trollage on NeoGaf.
Someone says another version is coming...again. "ultimate marvel vs capcom 3: uncanny edition"
But it is DLC for $15 and disc later for $40.  more characters( Mega Man, Cyclops, Servbot (hidden) & Ant-Man (hidden)), rebalancing, and a few new moves for some of the cast. Also two new modes, replay stuff from vita.
Man three days till EVO and they put this up? Screams troll but hey, still it's something to talk about

not any of the characters i really wanted back in the game but i can care less if this is real it not. if its real we get more characters if its fake then whatever  but the part ive seen that makes it look fake to me is he says its a side project by the team that isnt getting much funding. that doesnt sound right at all to me, why wouldnt capcom fund it theyre getting more money and if seth said the team is working on other things and cant make a simple new alt for magneto new characters sounds crazy

Reading Ant-Man's movelist this sounds completely fake. It sounds way too slow, and weird, like early development of a MUGEN WIP.

Yeah it sounds weird, but thats what everyone thought when the leak for the original cast came out.
Phoenix was causing a stir if I remember. Fire on the ground and fires like trish's moves. People thought that was fake.

i was asked about this: char-select screen apparently the same, the new chars replace the 'capcom' and 'marvel' logos

to expand on task's level 3: each rekka is 1 meter, timing is tricky. a does 100k, b 150k, c 200k all unscaled.

spencer's new hyper can only be done in the air

pretty positive this wont be PLAYABLE at evo, just an announcement there

ven tho you can now chain 4 rekkas as iron fist, you can still only use the s versions to end the combo

mega man and cyclops have remixes of their old music, but sorta crappy news for servbot and ant-man...

servbot has a cheesy remix of tron's theme, ant-man has cheesy remix of hawkeye's theme

ant-man's model is the same as in hawkeye's hyper, but at least capcom made a separate model for giant-man this time around

in speaking with seth (who was still at capcom!), work on uncanny didnt begin until only a few months ago

dev team started an unrelated project a few months before uncanny, only a portion of the staff is actually working on uncanny

iirc same thing happened with tatsunoko uas, most of the cgoh guys were working on mvc3

Looking at the tweets again, Magneto gets his original special, Magnetic Tempest from COTA? Hmm, this wouldn't fit well with the game no? I mean sure phoenix trish get things that stay in the air, but they don't home in on you. That seems a bit far fetched to add.

ant-man form is weak and fast, giant-man form is slow and powerful

as ant-man) qcf + atk - run (during command run) l - front flip (during command run) m - jump side kick (during run) h - flying punch

as ant-man) ch. back forward + atk - hops onto bug and flies forward, (as ant-man) qcb + atk - summons a bug to fly in at various angles

as giant-man) qcf + atk - wallbounce kick, (as giant-man) dpm + atk - ground pound punch

as giant-man) hcb + atk - lifts opponent overhead and slams into ground

To me it looks like it requires too much to happen in a fast paced game like MvC. Also, for the most part Capcom tends to put in Marvel characters based on what Marvel wants to be recognized (Hawkeye for Avengers, Modok for that series, Rocket Raccoon for that Guardians of the Galaxy movie). Does Ant-Man fit into that category?

Anyway, about Firebrand, nah in fact I actually started using him when I first got 2.75 (yea i still call it that), but I never really tried to use him much online, until recently. His damage aint that good but thats why I got GOUKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII backin him up...
