all they did was slap "ULTIMATE" on it . they coulda did all that without a disc. SSF4AE for me proved it that they could if they wanted to. new lifebars , new characters , new stages and added in new hypers for those thast only have 2 is totally doable via DLC. i would pay 20 bucks over the net, but man for a whole new disk for like 40 something? i feel ......violated!

i dont even like MVC3 as much as i used to cause i wanted more characters and for them to actually give me the game i paid 60 smacks for! now i have to pay 100!

they BETTER NOT do this same tactic with SF vs Tekken! $\-/o$

well hypersonic92 dude, sf x tekken might be my final capcom fighter. i dont like this trend they are doing like this. it could be done much better. capcom aint broke so they could do their fans more justice than takin us for drones. I like capcom, i like

of their games, Asuras Wrath is Top list for me to get from them, but as far as fighters go, yeah i dont think i might be able to stomach much more after this and if they do it with sf x tekken. cause i am NOT buying that game till about a 9 months after release so it seems.

Megaman is definitely not in the game ...

All the characters are grouped by their games (Resident Evil, Street Fighter, X-men, Megaman, ...)

no blank space besides Zero or Tron Bonne ... no Megaman.

Magneto : The Dream .... is dead !

Why Capcom why !!!!

Watching the stream, and ryu has a new move?
instead of shooting a hadoken fireball, he does a small charge then the enemy gets hit by an explosion from out of nowhere.
Also the regular hadoken fire ball isn't full screen.
Storm has a wind that pushes or pulls enemeys
Magneto has a similar move to storm

add to that they actually allowed Strider to have his call out mascots! spam central with those. i feel it coming and he already beastly as is without them. i am just imagining the online fights....RAGE QUIT !

My guess is they wanted an animal style character for Marvel since Capcom had amaterasu.

Raccoons a marvel character, so those characters wouldnt be in the game even if he wasnt.

I'd rather have Howard the Duck for that role.

Also I don't really have a problem with the roster (outside of the glaring lack of Megaman) so I'm just waiting for stages and modes ("New stages" my rump, I swear it's the same stages but with cosmetic changes; ie that Megaman-ish island is snowing now)

finally somebody agrees with me. Capcom is on bs with this. makes collectors edition absolutely worth less. But that's besides the point. people wanna say Its a deal because of downloadable content would cost more and look the other way. but it's really capcom saving money or better said making money.

• Phoenix can only have one action per jump... meaning one fireball then she floats down.

• Characters now say something upon entering the screen when the previous character died.

• Many of the returning cast has new moves, or moves that act differently, (Ryu's Hyper Fireball now bounces off of walls, Taskmaster and Spencer are shown with new moves.)

• Ghost Rider has at least 2 special moves that OTG, and his two level one supers appear to OTG. His level 3 super is a grab where he uses the Penance stare on you.

• Strider is the first character to have two level 3 supers, (Ragnarok, and the Ouroboros.) Most of his moveset from Marvel 2 was shown. His robot animal super OTGs.

• Firebrand's level 3 appears to summon a computer controlled doppleganger firebrand to assist.

• Hawkeye's level 3 super OTGs. He fires off Antman, who hits the opponent, then grows in size and gives the opponent the biggest Monty Python boot known to man. Hawkeye has different arrows he can fire depending on the button pressed (frozen shot, poison shot, piercing shot, triple arrow, scatter shot, and net shot are shown.)

• Wolverine's Berserker Slash is not invincible and slower.

• Viewtiful Joe has the "Slow Dodge" move now. It's a special move that's super cancellable. In the Viewtiful Joe games, if you activated Slow and you got attacked, you'd dodge.

• Magneto has a new special move where he sucks you in with magnetism. Gravitation magnetizes the opponent. Repulsion pushes them away. Attraction pulls them towards you. His air-to-ground dash is slower now.

• Akuma's Hurricane Kick Assist doesn't knock down anymore, the opponent will flip out.

• Ryu can charge up his fireballs and they fly so quickly you can barely see them on screen. Charging can be done by holding down the button, like in Street Fighter X Tekken. A fully charged fireball will explode on contact, causing a wall bounce. He can also charge his Shoryuken now. Ryu can cancel his overhead with special moves now.

• Taskmaster has a new move called the Charge Sting. It impales the opponent, can combo into it.

Dormammu's Flame Carpet OTG now pushes the opponent very far away. Much harder to combo from, even with an assist.
